How it works
From first call to fresh-cut in four steps
- 1
Reach out
Call, text, email, or send the contact form. Tell us where the lawn is and what you need — weekly, one-time, or vacation coverage.
- 2
We set your schedule
We lock in a visit day that works for you. Weekly customers get a standing spot all season — the mowing just happens.
- 3
We mow
Mow, trim, and edge if you booked it. Gates closed behind us, walks left tidy, lawn looking like a lawn should.
- 4
Pay per service
Flat $30 each visit — no contracts, no seasonal commitment. Corner lots are just $5 more.
Visit prep
A smooth mow starts before we arrive
None of this is homework — just a few things that keep visits quick, clean, and at the flat $30 price.
Unlock the gates
If the backyard is fenced, leave the gate unlocked on mow day — or tell us where the latch is. A locked gate means a half-mowed lawn.
Clear the yard
Toys, hoses, dog bones, and lawn chairs slow the mow down. A quick once-over before we arrive keeps the visit fast and the price flat.
Pets inside
We love dogs — but not under the mower. Keep pets indoors (and pet waste picked up) on service day.
Sprinklers off
If you run irrigation, pause it the night before. Mowing wet grass clumps the clippings and can rut the lawn.
Flag the trouble spots
Sprinkler heads, shallow lines, decorations, a soft patch — point them out once and we mow around them every visit.
Going away? Just say when
Tell us your dates and we keep the lawn cut while you're gone — mail piling up is one thing, knee-high grass is another.
About
A local crew that actually shows up
B&W Lawn Services is a small, owner-run mowing crew — not a franchise, not a rotation of strangers. The same people cut your lawn every visit, so the lawn gets the same care every time.
The pitch is simple: one flat price, a schedule you can count on, and a yard that looks like someone cares for it — because someone does.
-
Same crew every visit
Your lawn isn't handed off. We know its quirks because we mow it.
-
One flat price
$30 a service, +$5 for corner lots. That's the whole price list.

FAQ
Questions homeowners ask
- What does the $30 cover?
- One full service visit. For a mow & trim that's the whole yard — front and back, plus string-trimming along fences, trees, and beds. Sidewalk edging is its own $30 service, or add it to a mow.
- Why the extra $5 on a corner lot?
- Corner lots border sidewalk on two sides — roughly double the edging and trimming work. 35 flat keeps it simple.
- Do I have to sign up for the whole season?
- No. Weekly customers get a standing slot, but plenty of people book a one-time mow when the yard gets ahead of them — or coverage just for the weeks they're away.
- How does vacation coverage work?
- Tell us your dates before you leave. We mow on schedule while you're gone so the lawn — and the house — look lived-in when you get back.
- Do I need to be home?
- Nope. As long as we can get to the yard — gates unlocked, pets inside — we mow and go. Most of our customers are at work when we're there.
- What area do you cover?
- We're based in Northeast Wisconsin. Reach out with your address and we'll tell you straight whether you're on the route.
